We can offer a choice of accommodation suitable for couples, families, small groups and for people with walking difficulties.

The apartments:- Rose, Wisteria, Honeysuckle and Bridge View Suite overlook the tranquil River Aller and together with Stable Cottage are arranged around a pretty courtyard, all enjoy stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Each accommodation is self-contained with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, colour televisions and DVD's.

Bed linen and duvets are provided and towels can be hired if required.

Cots and high chairs are also available on request at no extra charge, however, cot linen is not provided. Arrangements can be made for babysitting.

All accommodation is centrally heated when necessary according to season.

Electricity for overhead lighting and fridge is free of charge and the first £5 of other use is complementary, any additional consumption is charged at the standard tariff by means of a £1 coin meter.

A laundry room provides washing, drying & ironing facilities; an outside clothes line is also available.

Outside seating and tables are available in the courtyard and there is a large walled garden with barbecue.

There is a stable block and tack room for anyone wishing to bring there own horse (price available on application), or can be used for secure storage of mountain bikes etc.

Pets are welcome with a small charge of £15 for each pet. Please note, our smaller apartments; Wisteria, Honeysuckle and Rose are only suitable for one small pet. More than two pets in Stable and Bridge View by arrangement please.
